Carbon/carbon crucibles are mainly used for high-purity silicon crystal growth, serving as a support for silicon materials and quartz crucibles; the product has a flexural strength ≥120MPa, replacing isostatic graphite and helping to increase the loading capacity of crystal growth equipment by more than 5 times.
